Monthly Retainer Arrangement

1 What is Monthly retainer

By signing Monthly Retainer Agreement (Komon Keiyaku), we will charge you a fixed amount as a monthly retainer which will cover legal advice by phone, e-mail and short meetings, short legal document reviews to a certain agreed level depending on level of fixed retainer fees agreed. Having this arrangement, you will have more easy access to our attorneys without making appointments and taking fee estimates each time.

2 Benefit of this arrangement

By having this monthly retainer arrangement, you have more easy access to our attorneys to deal with your legal issues in a timely fashion and we have in depth understanding of your business and people.

3 Amount of Monthly retainer

The amount of monthly retainer will be subject to discussion and depends on size of your business, expected level of legal services and your budget
